Part Time: Beertender
Beertenders at Old 121 Brewhouse are front-line representatives of our product, brand and culture. They provide consistently exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences to our guests. Our beertenders work both independently and part of our larger team and are knowledgeable and passionate about our products. Our beertenders ensure that every guest is greeted promptly, engaged with throughout their time in our taproom and leaves with a better understanding and appreciation of our beers and community engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
- Educate our guests on our beer and brewery
- Open communication with our staff
- Maintain a clean taproom environment
- Assist in events and reservations
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Requirements Include:
- Being at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8 consecutive hours and carry supplies and equipment without difficulty
- Passion for craft beer
- Proven hospitality skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- TIPS certified training
Old 121 Brewhouse was founded in 2019 in Lakewood, Colorado. In September of 2022, the brewery was purchased by new owners and continues to be a staple in the Lakewood community through approachable and sessionable beers, handcrafted sodas, and involvement with neighbors and nonprofits.
